From both <a href=\"http:\/\/blumenthals.com\/blog\/2011\/01\/25\/i-want-my-places-reviews-back-its-getting-personal\/\">personal experience<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/support\/forum\/p\/Places\/thread?tid=373a1e1e36a8f934&#038;hl=en&#038;start=100\">reports<\/a> that flow into the forums, it is clear the Google has yet to solve the lost review problems. It is clearly not one problem but several. <\/p>\n<p>For SMB&#8217;s, the only thing worse than Google not fighting review spam, is losing good reviews.
