I have in the past noted the number and similarity of complaints to the Google Maps For Business Group<\/a>. I have also noted the need for more more staff support<\/a> for the group. The other day the summary of the daily conversations seemed to embody all of that and then some. Many of the complaints have a familiar ring but the link to a dead person complaint<\/a> offered a new twist on the merged record problem<\/a>.
