What level of trust will be placed in this information? Will listings be pulled if too many people contest the accuracy? Will the LBC owner of a listing be notified of the notation?<\/p>\n<p>There are usability issues with the new capability. As one reader pointed out to me<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Also, the phrasing is ambiguous\u2026the call to action is, \u201cIs this accurate?\u201d, but yet when you click on it, it reads \u201cThis address, phone number, map or business info is not accurate. Confirm. Cancel.\u201d Not sure why it reads \u2018not accurate\u2019.  Either they should remove the word \u2018not\u2019, and follow with \u2018Yes\u2019, \u2018No\u2019, \u2018Cancel\u2019 \u2013 OR, change the call to action to read \u201cIs this inaccurate?\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">These Google product folks need to brush up on their User Experience skills.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Whether this upgrade to the display of the Authoritative OneBox is a test or permanent is not yet clear but Google is now offering up to the searcher the ability to confirm the accuracy of a businesses listing information.
