Yelp has started implementing active monitoring of businesses that become the target of political reviews due to having their story go viral. While I think that the business’s behavior in this case was reprehensible, I find Yelp’s new approach to be appropriate. Google and Facebook would do well to follow the policy.<\/p>\n
