As a result, we are currently offering phone support on a limited basis only during the hours of 7 AM &#8211; 12 PM PST, Monday &#8211; Friday.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>It is not clear to me if this is being caused by a general increase in usage or perhaps some nee problems.<\/p>\n<p>Regardless it will cause problems for some and forwarned is forarmed. for those that are time challenged like me that&#8217;s 10 AM &#8211; 3 PM ON THE East Coast.<\/p>\n<p>not sure what it means to Europe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Update 3\/13 3:30 (our lucky day): Google has noted that hours are back to normal.
