Thanks Mike, for including our post in the list. I felt that a visual explanation is needed, as many of the small business owners aren’t really that often checking the Google Places layout, and would sure be wondering what this all fuss is about, excluding the reviews thingy.
For me, of particular interest is the big push for user-generated content and how Google are going to handle the massive spam that will come with this. Up to now, they prove they cannot.

oh, and after a full review only 1 client in Insurance took any type of purging of reviews…sigh…gotta rebuild I’d guess once things “settle”
oh, and nice to see that google.ca was changed same as google.com – but did all the various .cc googles get same update would be the question…
