OPEN JAM TENT

4:00 pm--6:30 Friday
ALL DAY Saturday
10 am--4:00 pm Sunday

Saturday will feature an all-day open jam in the tent outside the
Commons (weather permitting), which is central to all workshop,
vendor, and concert locations. There will be a PICNIC dinner & Happy
Hour from 5:00--6:30 pm.

There's nothing like a jam session for learning new tunes and sharing
the joy of making music. Each workshop timeslot offers a staff-led
jam session, and there are also a variety of jams after the Friday
and Saturday evening concerts. For those who haven't had enough,
we'll also jam into the wee hours!

During the day, the jam tent will offer a wide variety of musical
styles. Irish, Old Time, Folk, Bluegrass, Dulcimer, Contra-Dance
fiddle tune jams, and more, will be lead by the HOTA staff.
