To make the festival work, we need lots of help, plus we need to   
cover the basic expenses of running the festival.  You can help us  
run the festival AND we’ll make it worth your while!

WHAT YOU GET:
One free All Weekend pass. All events including workshops.
Half price admission to festival tickets for all Family Members (all
festival activities, except food or housing).
Half price workshop admission. (that would be $25 in advance & $40 @
the door)
Make new friends & feel good about being involved.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:
Six hours of work during the weekend.

Here’s a partial list of available jobs for our volunteers.  If you
are good at one or more of these jobs, please let us know.  If you
have other talents & think they may contribute to a great festival,
let us know that too!

• Graphics Design / Computer skills – Posters, flyer layout, signs, etc.
• Setup – Thursday on site putting up signs, tables, etc.
• Hospitality - Make sure that the performers, attendees have what
they need, get where they need to be, etc.
• Sound Crew / Stage Managers (limited openings)
• Attendance takers for workshops
• Making & distributing signs around the festival area
• Distributing signs, posters, in your hometown.
• Instrument exchange workers
• Festival Sales Table help
• Registration Table
• Instrument checkroom
• Office assistant, make copies, etc.
