HoliMont Ski Resort, Ellicottville, NY - Designed Site for 1997-98 and 1998-99 Seasons.  New this Season: Web Cam, Member Forum, HoliKids, e-mailing list, marketing ad campaign.   This year we decided to use frames, making navigation simpler for the end-users.   Site features password encrypted members only section, trail maps, ski shop.

Mark Josephs, Singer/Songwriter, LosAngeles, CA - Site designed primarily by Mark, with input from myself.   Real Audio streaming allows surfers to listen to Mark's newly released CD, "Born Playing Rhythm."

M&M Smoke Shop, Steamburg, NY - Designed and published new site in less than 1 week.  Owner wanted to have cigarette vending machine interface, which was accomplished using a digital camera and graphical "hot spots" to create menu.

Advanced Monolythic Ceramics, Allegany, NY - AMC wanted a site to publish specs on their planar array capacitors.  We used Adobe Acrobat PDF formatted documents to convert existing spreadsheets and word processing files for publishing on the web.  At the bottom of the main page is a link to the "tech notes."  This is the detailed list of my activity on the site.  It lets site owners know exactly what has been done and when.  Most site owners start with a 10 hour block of my time, and I document this time on-line where they can review it.

Some site owners want their tech notes kept in a private area, others do not care.   It is entirely up to the site owner.  Other public tech notes are located at www.notaxsmokes.com/technotes.htm and www.healthstat.com/technotes.htm.

McKean Machinery Sales - McKean had a summer intern design their site.  They found our hosting prices to be very competitive, and we published the intern's work to their site.  They had us make minor modifications to the content and graphics.  Now we are working on integrating the data from their IBM AS/400 inventory to an on-line database to be maintained by them.   Since a flat-file database with over 50 records would be inefficient, we decided to go with a SQL database to accommodate their 1000+ records.

Blumenthal's, Inc., Olean, NY - Our own company's site.  Here we not only present a summary of our services and prices, but give our internal staff a place to exchange ideas and get important information regarding our business.  Our web customer help section evolved from questions and ideas presented to us by our customers.  Here you can find all the pre-installed software and help on almost everything you want to do on your web site.  If it isn't there, you only have to send us e-mail and we will be happy to help you.

Small Town Blues - When Eckerd Drug Company decided to tear down a building with some historical significance in Olean, New York, this site was build to provide local residents with a place to discuss their views.  Site designed and published in three days.

St. Marys Box Company, St. Marys, PA - Hosted on North Central, a St. Marys ISP.  We designed the web site and an external-to-internal e-mail system for their business.
