Notice that None of the Japanese (ex:Sony, Sharp) and Korean (LG, Samsung) companies have lawsuits. 

This is likely a cultural (and business-culture) thing. I don&#039;t know about Korea, but in the case of Japan lawsuits (particularly private lawsuits) are almost non-existant. 

I would guess that to be the reason for the difference in this diagram between the Western and Asian companies.]]></description>

With these types of interesting blog pieces on the legal profession you might find a second career as a legal headhunter   ;)]]></description>
