Although, I feel like I have been down that path before, submit the form and then wait for weeks for an automated reply, if I’m lucky! I can’t tell you how many hours I have spent annoying employee’s and blog comment readers with my detest for Google’s lack of support for a now PAID product. I really don’t understand how they justify treating their customers like this, well I could venture a few guess’s, but I’ll save that for when I finally get my blog up and running haha.

I am not sure that I would say that “Support issues are getting worse and worse”. They have been very bad and continue to be bad. It’s hard to go below zero on a scale of 1 – 10 :)

Explained an issue where I signed up for a ad and the ad split to two listings. One of which I have no control over.

The guy simply said, this is a sales number… Not a support number and directed me to the help forums. Support issues are getting worse and worse. They now have a paid product with no support and are just going to anger more smb’s.
