thanks....been busy teaching my daughter to drive, bringing up some new sites and just finishing up summer...

Yes consistent content (both user generated and business generated) and categories are critical from Yahoo&#039;s perspective.

My observations with Yahoo is that the importance of content applies to business title as well. 

The other point is that they rely so heavily on upstream data providers that the best way to get a permanent business name change through is via those data providers..
